A seminar for bachelor students of HdBA in their final academic year. The seminar presents the background and objectives of DIGIGEN to bachelor students. Results of the Needs Analysis were discussed, and students had discussions on the impact of digital leadership on female empowerment. This also serves as testing of some of the content of the up-skilling programme.
Students give their feedback on the content and didactics of the up-skilling programme and the project itself. The seminar was a weekly lecture series with 10 x 3 hours sessions.
