The TREE project reached beyond the Arctic Circle! The Ski Academy camp in Levi 1.12-10.12.2023 in Finland, was conducted in the spirit of circular economy and sustainability! A well-planned menu helped prevent food waste, and the food for the traditional skiing trip was packaged in leftover bread bags, which were later recycled in the waste container. This year, the environmental footprint of the skiing camp was smaller and greener.
From November 30th to December 9th, the entire ski camp practically operated according to the principles of Circular Economy (CE) and sustainability. The event left participants with very positive impressions, and they were happy to contribute to the experiment.
