Description

Seminar (five days, 20 x 90 minutes). Title: Counseling in a network to support digital competences. The students learned to describe the effects of digital transformation and were able evaluate tools for assessing digital skills. They also tested the multi actor perspective in role games using practical case studies and reflected on the possibilies of implementing the counseling method in their own work context.

Impact

The students were able to present the new counseling method in the role games. They also could reflect on advantages and demanding aspects of using the method and their own learnings and they could descripe possibilities to transfer the method into own working contexts.
