Impact

The publication shows in more detail how the career guidance in network structures, which was worked out in the DigiTrans projekt, supports the entry of employed and unemployed persons, to enter the labour marked with new digital skills. The professional use of the counseling concept with its phases and methods is shown in case vignettes. This has a high value for counseling practitioners and experts from vocational education and training.
