Titel of the master student project seminar is: „Innovative concepts of career guidance and counseling in the context of human resource management“. Students develop an own research topic and make their own empirical research work within the seminar. The final product is a research report (relevant for the student examination).
Students gain research experiences by working with theoretical and practical aims of the CONNECT! project. Documentation of theoretical and empirical results in a research report of the students (examination)
